Team Biographies

Our people are among the most talented in the industry. It would be our pleasure to put our extensive experience to work for you and your family!

  • All team members provide individualized treatments catered to your child using evidence based practice(s) from the OT, PT, ST discipline frameworks.
  • Our therapists provide the medical model of care with a strong emphasis on home programming for carry over within the natural environment of the child.  Parent coaching is always part of our sessions. 

Allison Young, MS SIPT OTR/L

Allison is an Occupational Therapist and the owner of Rehab2you, LLC. She has more than 16 years of experience working with children from infancy to school-aged. Allison opened Rehab2you in an effort to improve therapy services to her current caseload with a team approach. Allison specializes in Sensory Integration, Therapeutic Listening, Oral Motor and Feeding Disorders, Fine motor delays as well as children with a wide variety of diagnoses. Allison also completes Home Modification Evaluations and Adaptive Equipment Recommendations for children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. Allison is a Mom to 2 amazing boys and enjoys spending time with the family!

Kristopher Parrish, MOTR/L

Kris is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in Home Modification and Accessibility. Kris works with adolescence and adults with developmental disabilities who may be having difficulty accessing different areas of their home. Kris will evaluate the home environment and make Home Modification and Adaptive Equipment Recommendations, which are medically necessary. Kris also completes wheelchair evaluations for Rehab2you clients. 

Tonia Messmer, COTA/L

Tonia works part time as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for Rehab2you! Tonia graduated from Marion Technical College and is a Mom of 4! Tonia has many years of experience with children with special needs and she has been a great addition to the Occupational Therapy Team! Tonia's clinical interests include Sensory Integration, DIR Floortime and Therapeutic Listening.  

Leanne Stirling, COTA/L

Leanne works part time as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and is a Mom of 3 kids whom keep her very busy!  Leanne loves yoga, photography and traveling.  She is originally from Canada but relocate in 2015 and loves Ohio! Leanne provides OT services to children-adolescents with special needs in the community setting including sensory, fine/gross motor, wheelchair fittings and splinting. She has provided school-based OT services with focus on sensory, fine motor, and visual perceptual. Leanne is highly trained in Handwriting without Tears, Sensory Integration Tool Kit, Wilbarger Protocol, Seating and mobility assessment and is always interested in expanding her knowledge base with continuing education.
